    Contract signed on 4/15/2024. $9,400 was the 1st draw at the time work had begun. $4,700 was the 2nd draw paid at the time the blocks for the foundation were done. Then $4,700 was the 3rd draw due at time of completion. Louie was supposed to return to parge the exterior of the foundation and pour/seal the concrete floor. He never returned to complete that work nor did he secure the cement truck for the concrete floor. The foundation was not square/plumb and the blocks were not appropriately filled in with mortar. Louie never returned to complete. Attempts were made to get him to commit to parging the walls and pouring the concrete.

    First to start off I was not paid $18,800 it was not in my contract to parge any thing it was level and square but everyday we came back owner took block off and moved not my fault poured more coures than was suppose to .then he would call and say not square me and jerry would run over there show him perfectly square he don't know how to square then we would shoot heights everytime he shot heights it was different he leans homemade stick it took over a month to get permit to do job after contract signed  had other jobs they wanted me to pour concrete in rain or at 4 in afternoon no thanks so they said if you don't want to pour the concrete we will get someone else with the $4700 we owe you I said fine I fell I'm owed $2800 for all the extra time I had thanks
