    Hi regarding this incident, the customer was explained about multiple issues on her vehicle. We also informed her that we will be able to fix only one problem. The other one will have to be fixed by a different person due to it being a major engine problem she agreed and also she left signing paperwork receipt of such work she never got in contact with us to refer her to the correct location to get the rest of her problems fixed. We've tried to reach out to her numerous times to come up to a resolution to make sure that all of our customers are happy, and she has failed to cooperate with us, furthermore also contacting her financial institution to dispute . She has fraudulently made false allegations, and we will not be assisting her in this matter anymore going forward.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:


    Please allow me to respond to the business and inform you of Dissatisfaction to No Resolution. 


    Steven informed me of multiple issues on vehicle only AFTER I picked up vehicle from him and noticed it was the same. He never addressed or resolved the issue that was the ACTUAL matter. Instead, he did and charged me for unnecessary work. I trusted his judgement so even after the car was worked on and left the same I continued to try and contact him for the referral for further work he claimed car needed. When unsuccessful I took my car to another location where the ACTUAL problem was resolved. The ACTUAL problem was neither of what Steven claimed to be, I was left with no choice but to contact my Financial Institution so I can get my vehicle fixed properly. I only heard from Steven after he was contacted by the Financial Institution. His response was not to resolve the matter, or concern for vehicle, rather it was to inform me that he would dispute the Financial Institution. Steven has frauded me out of Money, Honestly, and Time.
