    Bought a pair ********** sunglasses from Gaffos via Amazon.They shipped the wrong item which I returned for a replacement.Tracking number confirmed they received the return. I received the replacement and once again it was the wrong item (much lower price model). I called Gaffos that offered a refund (2 weeks) and sent me a shipping label.Tracking number confirmed they received the second return.After 3 weeks I didn't receive a refund. I was left no option other than to file a complaint with my Amazon credit card ***************** After jumping through hoops, Gaffos fought the refund, and Synchrony sided with them.Here's their response to my negative feedback on Amazon:Ordered ******* RB3689 Aviator Metal Ii Evolve Photochromic Sunglasses, Received ******* Rb3025 (black frame green lenses). Returned for a replacement. Again received the ******* Rb3025, Called Gaffos. Representative said it was a SKU issue and promised refund. Returned the replacement and never received the refund (3 weeks). Had to dispute the charge on my Amazon Prime Card. Avoid Gaffos.By ***** on September 13, 2023.When you request a replacement instead of a refund AMAZON does not allow the seller to process a refund for you, please contact Amazon with any refund issues since they are the credit card processor not us and they have the final say regarding any refunds. If you would prefer the replacement you requested please feel free to contact us directly. We apologize for any inconvenience.By Gaffos on September 18, 2023.This was a bait & switch scam and they are thieves. If they were sorry for any inconvenience they would have issued a refund and not fought me with *************** Avoid them at all costs. Make sure it's Amazon that is fulfilling your order and NOT Gaffos.

    This company is super fishy. My mom has no record of an order with this company yet they charged her credit card $84 three separate times. *** emailed her about three incoming deliveries from Gaffos but none of them actually arrived. One of the shipments was supposedly delivered the day before she was charged three times. What company charges someone AFTER an item is shipped and delivered? We emailed their customer service and got a delivery failure response.
