  This company seems to be a scammer or at least spammer... I've received texts and other communications asking me to complete a business loan application. I don't have a business...

  Stay away. I have have never done any sort of business with them; they type Llc indorrectly, and want me to 'upload my bank statements'. I did not hit the link then sent so do not know what other kinds of information they want.If I had an inexperienced person in finance/bookkeeping, I would be very worried that s/he would just go ahead and do what seems a legitimate ask.

  I received an email that I qualified and to schedule an appointment with *******. I filled out a CC request to be called at 12 on Monday but I received phone calls and texts at times other than that I had designated I was available. I filled out another form to be called at 4:30pm but no call.The next day I received another message that I had an offer and to make contact. I was busy so said I was available at 4pm. I received a call at 3:50pm and had finished my meetings early. ******* said he had a funding source but I would need to act quickly because it might not last the day so I needed to sign the documents asap. I asked him to review the loan and payment terms with me. Loan was for $5,500 and the repayment terms were an $80 withdrawal DAILY Monday through Friday for five months. I would be paying approximately $400/wk$3000 in interest for inventory I would not be purchasing for 3 more weeks and not receiving profit on for about 5 weeks. I said that it would not work for me and I would just put it on a credit card. ******* proceeded to tell me the reason was I have no established line of credit for my business (thats not true) and it would really benefit me to establish a line of credit. He even told me to make the payments for 30 days and then default on the loan and nothing would happen because it was in the name of the business.I told him NO. The next day, I got a text saying VERBATIM OK, just wanted to let you know because obviously no one works for free that if we are able to get an approval, we get paid from the lender for giving them the business so if the loan is not taken, we still need to make our money somehow to pay the bills ha ha the fee is normally ****** but since its Fourth of July im able to take $100 off. All I need is an email for me to send you the invoice. I told him that if he could prove I agreed to that in writing I will pay.4 hours later he said he has another lender for me and lets review the terms. Go pound sand, dude.

  The reviews are very true. They take your application and never return calls. I scheduled 3 calls through their reps ****** calendar and each time he didn't call me. I would never do business with a company that doesn't even take the time to follow-up on reaching out to the client.

  ********* emails claiming I applied for funding that I did not apply for. No way to unsubscribe or cancel. No response to requests to cease contact except more form emails and texts offering funding. Six identical emails and numerous texts within a 36 hour period offering funding and asking for sensitive personal documents to "complete the process". Even if I needed funding for my business, I wouldn't go with a company that cold calls me repeatedly that apparently has no actually human beings working for them.
