    These people are thieves they will hold your credit card on file and later charge you additionally I had a trip on 6/5/24 which was paid well in advance on 6/8/24 I recieved an additional 20$ charge when I called the company they informed me it was a tip for the driver I told them I did not add a tip they hung up and refused to return the charge. If I could give 0 stars I would the service was horrible reckless drivers old ran down vehicles

    Passenger reserved a ide to/from ************* and Jfk for 5/30 and 6/5. He was told his credit card would be on hold till the day before the trip at which time it would be charged upon their approval. His trip to Jfk was 5/30 and the card was charged 5/29 exactly as explained. He was due in to jfk for his return trip at 1029 pm on 6/5. He was ready to leave 45 min later at 1115 pm. Our driver was waiting at jfk since 1015 pm and left with the passengers at approx 1115 pm. Our driver contacted us after dropping off the passengers and said he did not get a tip but the customer told him to put $20 on his card. Our booking dep[t charged the card $20 on 6/7. No one ever called us to complain about the tip charge. The passengers were picked up and dropped off timely and safely both ways. If the customer feels he's not interested in tipping the driver , although we find that to be of questionable character we will refund is $20.

    Never showed up. We booked a ride to and from the airport. The ride from the airport was in a broken down, filthy escalade. The driver, ***** for the return trip never showed up even though he told us he was 10 minutes away multiple times when we called. We missed our flight home and had to get a hotel and pay $200 extra for a flight the following day.
