    I always liked going here, always loved the food. I recently got off the phone with a rude young man because I tried to cancel my order and receive a refund and he would not allow it. It is now 8:26p when the food shouldve been here by 7:45. But anyway, I called at 7:45 to cancel the order and the young lady stated The food was already on its way and asked what was my reason for cancellation. I told her I did not need the food any longer to which she had a young man answer the phone. Completely spoke to me as if I was a child and kept repeating the word like after every word as if I couldnt comprehend. He then explained the same thing the young lady did and stated they made the food already and its on its way. I explained that since I have not received it I should receive a refund because I dont have the product but he kept repeating himself in a degrading way to mock me and stated why would you order the food if you Didnt want it or knew that you couldnt accept it ? Thats not nice. Like bro are we children? Who has the nerve to say that? I explained that I cant control if something comes ** in my life as things happen outside of peoples control. He then says he will issue a credit and leave it in a credit book for the next time I come in.as if I would again. If hes in charge, he has an immature, terrible, unnecessary attitude that Ive never experienced in my life from someone that works with customers. Customers get under my skin too and it may cause me to lose my temper as well but its common sense to give a refund for a product you did not receive. Now Im sitting at home 8:30p and still nothing. If me getting the credit also meant that the food was no longer coming, they did not explain that and made it seem like since it was already on the road that I would still get it or had to take it. And yes, I hung up on the young man because of how incredibly rude he was
