  Review for Harvest Power LLC I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Harvest Power LLC. They installed a solar system at my home, but it has failed to provide accurate energy reporting to PSEG ***********. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, their team has been completely unresponsive and unaccountable.After working directly with **** to investigate discrepancies between my electrical meter and the Enphase system readings, it was confirmed that there were no issues on PSEGs end. This means the problem lies solely with Harvest Powers installation and equipment. To make matters worse, the system they installed covers only 30% of my total energy consumption, far below what was promised. I feel completely misled about the efficiency and coverage of this system.I have been chasing their team for weeks with no resolution, and their lack of responsibility is unacceptable. Due to their failure to address these serious issues, I am now escalating my complaint to Enphase, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the local consumer protection agency, and the State Attorney Generals office.If you are considering solar installation, I strongly advise against choosing Harvest Power LLC. They have shown zero accountability, and their customer service is practically nonexistent. Don't make the same mistake I didgo with a company that actually stands by its product and provides real support.

  I had my panels installed in 2017, twice having issues with communication. The only time I found out about it was because of my extremely high electric bill. When I call the company phone #, I was hung up on 4 times. No response on the other end you just hear the phone line pick up and slam down. I found another phone number to their answering service who did nothing but promise me phone calls the next day and for three days I heard nothing. I was finally able to get in touch with them and they wanted to charge me $350 (to start) just to come out and try to troubleshoot what is going on. I spent tens of thousands of dollars on the system and they had the nerve to charge me for a service call. It is now day 4 and I have not heard anything from anyone about what they can do to help. I even asked them to call me so I can try and remedy this over the phone. Ive heard nothing. I would NEVER ever recommend this company for this is the second time that this is happened to me

  Got ****************** . **** and **** , from harvest power. Came out declare roof was damage due to solar panels. Then agreed to pay for damage and then days later after I asked for proof - a letter . They decline to fix the solution . Now my panels are off and filled my roof with a bunch of solicone. Very in professional business .

  We visited the homeowner and inspected his roof, performing a roof leak test to better understand where the leak was originating from. After inspection it was determined that the roof leak was coming from both sides of the homeowner's intersecting *****, in particular at the valleys of that ***** and the primary cause of the leaks coming directly from the roof being improperly installed as per the manufacturer's specifications and not from the installation of the solar panels.Despite the problem not being our responsibility, we offered to remedy the issue by offering to remove the solar panels and re-roof the entire roof, then re-install the solar panels after complete. We offered to not charge for the removal and re-install of the panels and not charge for the re-roof section near the solar panels. We also asked that the homeowner pay half of the cost of what the roofer wanted to charge for the rest of the roof that had no solar on it, but the homeowner declined this solution. We would be happy to revisit this offer and come out to the home to discuss further options to satisfy the homeowner's concerns.Thank you.
