    I prepaid for a lesson and a road test ($150) and I was not able to schedule either. I called and emailed multiple times and no one ever got back to me. I emailed again asking for a refund and no response. I just want a refund of my money.
    This driving school is the same business as ***** **** ****** ** ******** address *** * ****** *** ******* ** *****. (This is the address listed on ****** but when I went to the office in person they had moved.) Their mailing address is **** ** ****** *** **** ** ******

    I will reach out to them to discuss the matter and issue a refund if one is warranted.  I was not aware of any issues.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 
    The business said they will reach out to me and they have not done so. Saying they're not aware that there was an issue is also unacceptable after ignoring my many attempts to reach them. They have done nothing to address the issue at hand, much less resolve my complaint.
