    This company does not even deserve a one star. I pay $100/month for high speed internet, which I never get. My internet service is constantly going out minute to minute. I’ll have service for a few minutes and then it goes out and comes back a few minutes later. I have reached out to their tech support numerous times via email and by phone. No one responds to either. They are crooked. They take your money, but don’t provide the services they claim to have.

    Service cuts out at least once a week. Internet speeds are horrible for what the price is and they demand to charge your card on the 28th of the month prior to the month you are actually paying for. I have had multiple connection issues and have left multiple service requests on their website. I have also left a voicemail. None of my attempts at reaching out have been returned. This company is horrible. I want a refund.

    They go offline quite often in the year without notice. Often happens on the weekends and they are closed on weekends. When the Internet goes offline it is up to 2/3 days. We call and leave messages nobody returns the calls. We get online through our data on our phone and file complaints with the tech option and nobody follows through. I tried to find their physical address and no such luck ???????They are not even accredited with BBB. Very poor service and now I’m seriously considering to find a wifi service during this busy time of year.
    Very, very disappointed. It appears as though we have been having lousy streaming for 6 months since we passed on their High Internet offer.

    Been without internet service for SEVEN days. Have called at least twice a day, no answer, left messages. No call back. Emailed company about no service, no response.
