    I chose their big red shipping and storage service. Order was placed and paid in May 2024. $30.24 was paid for the suppliers and $287.89 was paid for the shipping service.
    The business committed to provide their service including: (1) store my boxes (2 in total) for at most 3 months since May 24, 2024; (2) ship my box to my new address before August 22, 2024 ( the appointment was made in July)
    Unfortunately, this company failed to deliver my boxes on time. I’ve reached out countless times, asking for tracking information, but have received no meaningful response. I’ve sent five emails with no replies and made numerous phone calls—few of which were answered. When I did manage to get through, I was repeatedly instructed to email them, and my questions went unanswered.
    To make matters worse, they lied multiple times. For instance, they claimed my boxes were shipped in August but couldn’t provide a tracking number. When I finally received the tracking info in early September, I discovered the label wasn’t even created until September 6th! They assured me I would receive my shipment the week of September 7th, yet my boxes are still sitting in Ithaca. They promised shipping on September 12th, but that didn’t happen either. They said my boxes had been handed off to *****, but ***** had no record of them. They just keep updating their lies while the actual location of my boxes remained same.

    This company's repeated failures go beyond simple logistical errors; they reflect a profound lack of integrity and transparency. A business that cannot uphold its word not only disrespects its customers but also undermines its own credibility. Their actions raise serious concerns about their ethical standards and the value they place on customer trust.

    The managers of Big Red Shipping and Storage responded to the customer's complaint and were in contact with him at the time the complaint was filed. The managers provided the customer with tracking numbers. BRSS issued a refund to the customer on 9/17/24 (proof attached).
