Contacted OEM auto parts to order an amplifier for my 2020 ****** Tacoma. Send a picture of a check for $545. Check was cashed and amplifier never showed up. Spoke to a "*************************" who will not answer his phone and not call back. I've texted with him on a regular basis and it's always another excuse as to why I did not receive my part, I have all text messages. This is a total scam company and will be filing a criminal complaint and will track this down one way or the other.Customer Answer

At this time, I have been contacted directly by OEM Auto Parts US LLC regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I do not know why this is not resolved yet. I've had multiple follow-up conversations with this business and THEY ARE STILL NOT DELIVERING the auto part I ordered and REFUSE TO REFUND my money. At this point, I don't even want the part as who know if it will even be a genuine. This is an outright scam do not use this company.

I contacted OEM Auto parts US. LLC to purchase a rear bumper for my **** *** 525i and they told me they had one in stock and proceeded to forward me pictures of the bumper I was looking for. They then told me to send a picture of the front and back of the check I would be using to purchase the parts. After sending a picture of the check they gave me an order confirmation number *******. I later learned from my bank they used the picture of the cashier's check and negotiated it. I have yet to receive the part I paid for after they told me it would take 5-7 days for me to receive the part. I have not been able to contact anyone since Aug 9th.Initial Complaint

Business OEM Auto Parts US LLC offered a wheel (rim) for my 2022 Rivian RIT for sale We agreed on a price of $400 plus tax. I took pictures of my check and texted pics to ************. Check was cashed ******* identified himself as *************************. We spoke several times on text. I still have those texts. He told me he would ship the wheel or refund my money I called several times. Always excuses. Wheel was never ship. No refund He does not respond anymore I have texted and called.Initial Complaint

On 6/30/23 I ordered $1015.00 in ******** parts for my **** CLK and paid by company check which they asked me to take photos of front and back and text it to ************************* employee who took my call and made the order. He said it would only take 5-7 working days to get the parts. After 8 working days I spoke to ******* again and he made excuses saying they're a small company and don't have enough to disassemble the car parts... He said if he couldn't get the parts mailed out by Friday 7/14/23 he would give me a full refund. I called him on the 14th and he never called me back as promised and now I know the scammed and conned me out of my money!! They only steal peoples money and give nothing in return!!Customer Answer

On March 29th 2023 I sent a check to this company in the amount of $335.00 for two Audi Q7 head lights which they showed me pictures of. They informed me multiple times that the lights were either in the mail or on their way. We spoke to *************************. I paid for some auto parts on Dec 2 ($540), and I asked them to wait until I confirmed the shipping address before sending them out. On Dec 16, I confirmed that the address I had given them was my chosen body shop. They quoted the shipping would take around 7 business days. In the interest of fairness, let's say the first business day is Monday Dec 19th.Jan 3, I check in, as not parts have arrived at the body shop. They apologize, blame the holidays, and promise delivery the following week. Jan 5 I ask for a tracking number. "End of the day or tomorrow first thing. Nothing to worry about, rest assured."Jan 9 I request a tracking number. No response. Jan 10 I request confirmation that the parts I paid for had been shipped out to my body shop, or that they return my money. I give they until the end of the day. They say it has gone out and they will have tracking info I 24 hour. I remind them how long ago I had paid them, and agreed to give them 24 hours more.Jan 11 I request tracking info. No response. Jan ***************************** my money back. They say it has been shipped, tracking details tomorrow. I ask what company has my parts so I can confirm. No response. Jan 13 I request the info. No response. Jan 17 I request the info. No response. Jan 19 I let them know I plan to report them to the BBB. "I'm at lunch, please bare with us. I will get it to you." 5 hours later "Not able to get it, promise tomorrow, extremely sorry, one more day." I explain that I need these parts for a past due inspection. This it costing me money. I tell them to set an alarm in their phone.Jan 20, I request the info. As of 4:30pm, there has been no response. *************************** can verify that I have checked in regularly to see if the parts had arrived yet. ************Customer Answer
