  The staff here is unethical and untrustworthy. I would not recommend doing any sort of business with them. I was lied to in the sales process. Put a deposit down based on a price point they had provided me in writingand then changed the price when I showed up to finalize the deal. They do not operatewith integrity. I would visit any other car dealershipother than Koeppel Nissan.

  We contacted Koeppel Nissan prior to our visit and was quoted a car payment. When my husband and I showed up its a different tune. BAIT you in AND SWITCH. THE ENTIRE SITUATION WAS NAUSEATING! THERE WERE A FEW THINGS THAT RUBBED ME THE WRONG WAY. FIRST, ALL OF MY SIGNED DOCUMENTS WERE NOT PROVIDED TO ME UPON SIGNING. My documents WERE PLACED IN THE ***** COMPARTMENT of the new vehicle. SECONDLY, AS I SIGNED the documents provided via electronic screen the screen was blank. I indicated this several times and was informed that the process was quicker that way. Once we exited the office, I asked **** about my completely signed contract several times. He continuously informed me the sales person had them. I believe Koeppel Nissan are misleading customers with deliberate deception and unethical business practices to line their pockets. I also asked about their cancelation policy and was told there is no cancelation policy. I would like to see this in writing.

  This review is for a particular manager MR ******************** hes nasty and very rude and think that black women is beneath him. His workers are mostly of different nationality as you can see. This is my first time dealing with him or have any encounter with the rude *** man. I made a reservation to fix my car that has a recall, he thinks because Im a woman and Im black is that Im stupid, the recall clearly states the vehicle can possibly catches on fire, he is going to tell me to contact the insurance company if and when the vehicle catches on fire like I dont know thats a manufacturer issue and I can sue ********************** and himself for turning a customer that has concern away. Instead of being a dedicated customer service manager because thats the job he chose to do he was nasty to me brush me off as if my concern for my safety means nothing, *************************** 1 and *********** was very nice and informative, directed me in the right path, explained to me the in and out of the recall and the next step possible. Mr ******************* has a few bad reviews under his name for being nasty to ********************** customers. Maybe he has forgotten he works for ********************** and should at least try and be more professional. ********************** consumer needs to look into his many complaints and possibly help to to get something else away from being in the customers view because he doesnt know how to be nice to women and women of color. Now Im bringing racism into the picture because thats how I felt. I could careless how many files you had/have on your desk because thats your job.
