    My mom had an appt at this office at ***** ************* jackson heights ** location from 4 months ago. When she called the office today, the girl was extremely rude and said she had no appointment. After my mom asked her to look again she found her appointment. My mom asked if she can get a reminder and the woman said no write it down yourself! If patients have an appointment, they are to be expected to be treated with a professional level of courtesy. The woman on the phone has been known to be extremely rude with all the patients that come to the clinic. If this is the case I would like her to be transfered to a different location. It is extremely unnerving to know that when I place an appointment for my mom from 4 months prior, they claim there is no appointment and also give a nasty attitude along with being incorrect. I moved clinics because we experienced similar behavior from the staff at the other clinic and expected it to be better here. It was extremely rude and if this is the kind of employees that are being hired then there needs to be a re-evaluation for the people at the front desk.
