    EcoProVent advertises unlimited vent/return cleaning for $287.00 for HEPA vacuuming and disinfecting a single zone system. The service tech showed me an invoice for the $287 before starting the service and gave me a bill for $1,150.00 when he was finished. Additional charges were for disinfecting and cleaning the lines, blower, and coils. They advertise HEPA & disinfecting a single zone unit, so why was this now an additional cost? I observed the process when the tech was doing my downstairs and he sprayed the brush before inserting it into the ceiling vent. The machine did the rest. I called the office and they said they would discount it by $200 if I wrote them a good review. I felt that $950 was still excessive. I called several other air duct services. They quoted an average of between $400-$500 total for all the same services, which included disinfecting all lines, the returns, and the blower and coils inclusive as this is all part of the single zone system. I feel this was price gauging.

    **** and his helper came to our home as promised and on time. He is very professional and honest. Did what he said he would do when we spoke by phone. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing duct cleaning. Price was very fair as well. **********
