On 8/1/2022 I purchased building material from this company (Singh Big Building ************** On the same day I return some of the material because it was not correct stuff required for the project. The store clerk at the time said no cash refund only store credit. I asked him how Long do I have to claim the credit, and he told me it's in the computer for ever until I claim it, never expires. So I accepted the credit of $523.00 and he wrote it on the invoice and signed it. The Business was located at the time at ********************************* South Ozone Park ** *****. The business then relocated to ********************************* Queens ** *****.. on Monday 6/12/2023 I want back to the store and wanted to use my store credit to purchase some materials. The clerk stated to me I have no credit and that I'm not in his computer. I showed my receipt to him and he said anyone can write that on it. He refused to honor the recept. He called the sales person who wrote on on the recept and told me he is at DMV and is coming soon...I left my contact info with him and allowed him to take a picture of my invoice. He then told me he is the owner and his name is *** Singh and there's nothing I can do to help you. Meaning no store credit. He's not honoring the signed invoice. Please help me to recover my money or store credit for the amount of $523.00 Thank you
