    The website and sales reps said parts were in stock in May 2022, I placed the order, they charged my credit card immediately ($13,700), and only partially shipped out the order (5 months later) after threatening to cancel the order. I'm now getting with the credit card company and possibly legal team to fight them on the remaining parts they never shipped. They claimed that they installed 1 of the parts inside the other which is why I never received the remainder, but it's physically impossible to do that and I proved it. After I proved it, they stopped answering my emails and will not speak to me on the phone. This company should be investigated for fraud.

     They have contacted me and said they would ship the parts out, but have a 3 week lead time. I will wait until the end of the month until moving further with this complaint

    My company ordered 30 switches for me from allhdd.com on 08/18/2022 order #******. First, I was told the switches were new and "factory sealed". However once I received the switches they were not new. They were ***** Excess and we were charged the full "new" price. Second, one of the switches did not work once I plugged it in. I contacted allhdd.com to request a replacement switch only for them to tell me the warranty is 30 days although the website clearly states 90 days. I emailed allhd.com and provided a screenshot showing the 90 day warranty and was provided a return authorization on 10/19/2022. The switch was shipped back to allhdd.com on 10/26/2022 and delivered on 10/28/2022. I've sent numerous emails to [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]; and [email protected] with no response.

    I ordered networking equipment from them which was advertised to be NEW - FROM FACTORY. The item arrived on 7/1/22 and it was not new. The factory seal on the box was broken and the item showed wear and fingerprints on the front face.I reported the issue on that same day (7/1) and it took them until 7/5 to authorize the return. The item was shipped back via ***** and they received it on 7/15.Since then I have asked them multiple times for the refund and they have not responded. I called them today and was told they are still looking into it.They have been totally unresponsive. I fear that this company is a total scam. I need them to issue a refund for the purchase to my credit card.I have all the correspondence including the initial order, the support tickets submitted, and the ***** tracking which shows they received the item.
