    I engaged S.F Express to mail two pairs of shoes from the **** to ***** on December 25, 2024, and S.F Express appeared to have lied to me about the fact that my two parcels were being randomly inspected by Chinese Customs to collect customs duties and demanded customs duties far in excess of the price of the merchandise I had actually purchased and held me hostage by failing to give the goods to my consignee. My two pairs of shoes are still being held by S.F Express and they are refusing to give them to my consignee, demanding that I have to pay the amount of customs duty that they are demanding, but they are not able to provide me with the appropriate proof of payment of customs duty in *****.

    Dear BBB,This is a complaint against SF express regarding a consignment from ******************************* - CTExcel to *********. A product valued at CA$74.99 + tax $11.24 has been purchased and they shipped it from ***** to *********. Per confirmation on website and their hotline, SF express has lost and abandoned my product. They have promised to lodge a complain and give me initial reply before 6pm Hong Kong time. However they had failed to do so. Their China customer service promised me 3 time that I will definitely get an email reply before 6pm HKT. As the same at many China companies, they breached their promise. We request a compensation of CA$86.23. Please refer to their website screenshot

    I ordered 2 items of clothing from **-Express from their ad on ********* The items didn't fit and I want to return them but no receipt was in the package and no instructions about how to make a return. I tried calling a phone number i found online, ************, but there was no answer, just a message in Chinese, which I don't speak. I received the package via *** from ****** *********., Jamaica ** *****.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by S.F. Express Co., Ltd regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved 

    I got the business on the phone and they said they were only the shipper of the items, which appears to be true. So I believe this complaint can be closed out.

    I WISH TO RETURN A PAIR OF SHOES I ORDERED BUT IN ORDER TO RETURN THEM I NEED A RECIEPT WHICH WAS NOT ENCLOSED I WANT MY MONEY BACK
