    Amazing isn't the word!We are new home owners and last weekend (3/4/2024), it rained so much, our ceiling started to leak. Our lights started to flicker and we had to turn them off, fearing of a fire. I ran up in the attic and saw water on the floor, flowing down the chimney and roofing rafters. Trying to put buckets and bowls to catch all the leaking water I reach out to my in-laws and get the information for their contractor (you know, everyone has a person or knows one). At 8pm the same night, I reach out to VINCENT HOME IMPROVEMENT and shared videos and pictures of the water leaking in the attic. *** guided me on the phone, telling me to mark off the area where I see the water, ensure I catch all the water possible, placing towels on the floor and monitor the buckets and bowls every 15 minutes until the rain stopped. By 9pm, it stopped raining and now, I can finally breathe. The next morning (3/5/24), *** from VINCENT HOME IMPROVEMENT called me at 6am! Suggesting we look at the roof before there is any more rain.7:15am, *** calls and said he'll be there shortly.7:17am, There's a van parking outside with the "beep...beep...beep" noise, I hear a knock on the door and guess who! Its ***! We chat a bit and I direct him to the attic. After looking around and inspecting the area, *** grabs his ladder and climbs up on the roof. He's laying down on the roof, then walking from edge to edge, checking the windows, the **** and chimney. I hear a few knocks and *** comes down from the roof, grabs two bundles of thick tar looking shingles or sheets, a long piece of 2x4 wood, his tool belt, corking gun and jump back on the ladder, going to the roof. *** then went to work on the roof. Stating he's found flaws in the joint assembly and he will be able to repair the areas. 10:40am, *** had finished the repairs! He asked me to wait in the attic as he wet the roof with our hose. For about 20 minutes, letting the water run in all area's and NO LEAKS.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
