    I am writing to file a formal complaint against *****************************, a lawyer to whom I paid $925 in November for the purpose of filing my naturalization papers. Unfortunately, I have encountered numerous issues and delays since making this payment.Initially, ****************** claimed to have sent the papers via mail, but there is no evidence to support this claim. He then stated that he emailed USCIS, but again, there was no response or confirmation. After that, he promised to assist me over the phone, but I ended up completing the process myself. When it came time for the payment, he assured me that he would reimburse me the money to cover the filing fees, but to this day, I have not received any funds. Each time I inquire, he provides a different excuse, such as being out of the country or needing to visit the bank.This situation has caused me significant frustration and inconvenience. Additionally, my father is experiencing similar issues with ******************. I am seeking the assistance of the Better Business Bureau to help resolve this matter and to obtain a full refund of the $925 paid.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt resolution.

    *********************************************** took my money to take care of my divorce process since 2021 and nothing is been done cant get a hold of him not answering his phone never at the office nobody in there can tell you when and how to get in touch with him
