    I shipped a very expensive Mac from ** to NV. I was told that it will be there by Tuesday Sept 6th. On the 6th, the tracking stated it will be delivered by 7 pm. On the 7th it said it will be delivered by 7 pm. It's now 09/08/22 and it's saying it will be delivered by 7 pm. There is a guarantee that I would have gotten my item on the 7th. My husband was at home for the last 2 days making sure he was there when they delivered. The agent on the phone LIED and started they tried to deliver it on Tuesday and Wednesday. I KNOW that's a lie because I have a dog that barks at everyone and everything that passes by my door. He never barked nor do I have that tiny piece of "attempt to deliver" paper they usually leave ON YOUR DOOR. When I called in told the UPS Store would have to request a refund. The woman I spoke to (while the UPS supervisor was on the phone) told me there's nothing she could do. That she can take my information and give it to the supervisor; that when I signed my receipt, it stated there is no guarantee. That was not the case. No one told me it wasn't guaranteed and the receipt I have does not state that. I want the promised refund of $384.70. This company is unreliable.

    We are sorry to hear about your ordeal. The package actually arrived on 9/6/22, on time, even though *** Ground shipments are not guaranteed as was indicated on the screen when you verified the delivery address in big letters and were also told by the associate. The package was a high value, $5000, that required a signature before releasing it,hence the reason the driver couldnt leave the package outside. *** attempted to deliver on 9/6/22 @ 8:52pm and then again on 9/7/22 @ 3:28pm and missed you.Although we have no reason to feel that the driver wasnt there to make the delivery if you feel otherwise please reach out to *** at ********** and file a complaint. We really appreciate your business but we strongly feel that the store did everything correctly from packing your high value securely to shipping it.
