****************************** Lines SCAM - Worst moving experience ever!!!!!!The Smooth sales ************** kept on calling us over, and over again, to sell us a bill of goods, only to find out that when you needed him, he was nowhere to be found. Although the estimate was pretty close to the actual number (467 cf) when the furniture, was placed in the truck. My measurement was 479 cf) Of course, the workers that load the trucks are running the same SCAM. (BTW, I forgot to mention that when they arrived, the whole cab of the truck smelled lake POT. (That should have been another Red Flag)When the men loaded up the truck, they claimed that they were over by twice the amount. I went in the truck, and measure only to be off by 12cf. I preceded to call *** but was no avail, accept when he collected the first portion of the bill. I asked the mgr to let me speak to the owner, his name was ****. Not only was he very rude, but told me that if I did not agree with them, they would unload the truck in my drive way and charge me a fee.I very politely asked him about his sfq formula that they use vs my acutal measurement. I proved to the mgr on site, and he agreed with me except that he could not do anything about it. I asked to speak to the owner, and asked him if his cf formula was different then the standard formula? He did not answer me, because he knew that I was correct. I asked the mgr. on site, and he stated that ******* formula was different. (Most people take it for granted, and get ripped off) (MEASURE IT YOURSELF) After a lengthy discussion, he threatened me with emptying the truck, and leaving the furniture in my driveway. After a lengthy negotiation with the driver I was told that I owed more money. Which i was forced to pay.Dont get ripped off.Measure yourself before the truck leaves.
