  I had a rusty pipe that leaked when water from the upstairs shower was running. The pipe replaced was approximately 4" in length the circumference of a mini donut. Will-Do Plumbing charges $150.00 per hour. That was fine, however, I discovered time was dragged out to run up the hours of the job. The two workers arrived at 9:30 a.m. and left at 4:00 p.m. What adds to the cost is that while Will-Do Plumbing has a truck it does not have basic supplies like clamps to hold pipes together or a 'snake' to clean out pipes -- that had to be rented from **** ***** along with the plumbing supplies one worker had to drive to and purchase the items needed. All this took time away from the job, but is factored into the bill. The site manager that first came to scope the job said the job would be between $600 to $700 plus cost for supplies. At this point I have not received an itemized bill. The workers, as they were leaving, asked me to sign their invoice without costs included on the bill. I told them I could not as I did not know what I was signing. Because I was paying with my credit card, the secretary asked me to be patient as they were having connectivity issues with ******* phone service. Once that was cleared up I would receive an itemized bill from the owner, **** ********. That has not happened. The workers were at my home on September 27, 2022. The job took one day. The pictures reflect the expanse of the job that was not a difficult job to complete. As of today, October 25, 2022 I do not have a final bill. I have contacted the office by phone at least four (4) times in the first week following the job. Since then, I have emailed the owner, **** ******** twice...without a resolution put in place to my receiving a complete bill that explains what I am to pay, and how they will process my payment. I am prepared to pay cash if their credit card machine is still not working, BUT will still need to have a bill issued to me.
