      Scammers!!!!!We hired this company to move our belongings' door to door from **** to *****. Unfortunately, we were scammed. Mr. ******** offered a low price and promising to take care of everything until they obtain your goods, then charging 3x the quoted price. They are intentionally vague on estimates and when they are confronted about the massive price increase, they said, you have to read the contract lie about absolutely everything they tell you. When good arrived they were damage some broke even transportation in ***** confirmed the damaged when boxes arrived, email pictures of damages goods, called, sent messages never answer.

      We apologize that you felt that you did not receive the service you expected. Note, you sent a lot of cargo, We sent you an estimated quote, but alerted you to check your items that you were sending so you can do your own calculations. Your neglect to do so caused your confusion of the cost, as it is clearly a fixed price for cubic feet. With regards to the items, you packed up your own personal belongings. We tried to advise you to let us do it, or to make sure that it was packed correctly. Additionally, we offered you insurance, which you declined. You called the company to state that you would pay what you wanted to pay and said that if we did not agree to it, you would not pay, and we could throw your cargo, which we picked up, loaded, and shipped, into the ocean. We understand that you come from the same town as one of our representatives, but that does not permit us to waive prices because of such. You have become quite verbally abusive and threatening. We have documented calls and emails of your behavior. At the juncture of trying to appease you, we allowed you to pay what you wanted. Now, it seems that you want to collect on an insurance claim, knowing that you refused to take one out for your items. Please note that insurance fraud is rampant, and we hope that this isn't the case with you. Again, we strive to keep our customers satisfied, but we cannot give special prices to customers because of their nationality, and we cannot be responsible for items that the customer refuses to insure.
