      Broken ******************** Business Practices We signed a contract with this company in December 2024, which explicitly promised a $5,000 voucher toward a new split unit in exchange for installing solar panels. The contract clearly stated this voucher would be fulfilled no later than April 12, 2025. It is now May, and despite repeated attempts to contact the company, we have received only excuses, fake scheduling attempts, no response, and absolutely no fulfillment of this agreement.The lack of communication and constant outreach on our end has been extremely frustrating. We've tried numerous times over many months to get in touchonly to be ignored or given vague reassurances that led nowhere. It now appears that the voucher was merely a bait-and-switch tactic to secure our business, which we believe constitutes deceptive and possibly fraudulent behavior.We are warning future customers: Do not trust verbal or written promises from this company unless they are fulfilled upfront. This situation could have been avoided with basic professionalism and honesty.

      This company never lived up to their word on a promotion they had and afer they install the solar system I never heard from them again, they changed the telephone number and the sales man said that he left the job.

      I am the roofing company that was hired as a subcontractor
      for Surf Clean Energy to provide Surf Clean Energy's
      customer with a new roof prior to Surf Clean Energy
      installing the solar panels. I was never paid by Surf Clean
      Energy for three roof replacements that I did back in March
      2024. Its has been 10 months since the roofs were done.
      Tyler Moston (the owner of surf clean energy) does not
      answer my calls or texts. He has blocked my number. Tyler
      Moston and Surf Clean Energy owes me $31,286.42 in
      unpaid invoices. I would advise no one hire Tyler Moston or
      Surf Clean Energy because he has left me no choice but to
      have to file for a mechanics lien on the customers property

      ******. What a great experience. Very professional. The process was explained very clearly from beginning to end. I am producing so much energy. No $$ out of pocket. 5k back from ***. Way to go Surf Clean. My wife and I are very happy. Will be recommending to friends and family.

      They are very unprofessional. They are a rip off up to now they turn on my service. I have not received a bill. I have reached out to the contractor today July 24, 2024. His name is *********************** they promised to give me a brand new roof for free. They did a repair and added $10,000 to my contract. Its been five months since they turn on the service. I have not received a bill. No one called me with all that back-and-forth. He came to my house in January tell me he will give me 25 since the roof was not brand new in my expectation. I thought he meant 25K when he only meant $2500 they done repair in the roof since of March. No one contact me contact today and tell him Im over the ** he needs to come and remove the solar panel off of my house and he told me to get a lawyer so please anyone read this do not go through with the service or and I will take them to court.

      I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Surf Clean Energy. From the very beginning, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite their initial promises, the company has failed to deliver on multiple fronts.Firstly, the communication is atrocious. Once they had my payment, it was as if they vanished into thin air. Emails went unanswered, and phone calls were never returned. It took weeks just to get a basic response, and even then, the answers were vague and unhelpful.The issues with the solar panels and solar box started almost immediately after installation. The system frequently malfunctioned, and instead of getting the promised energy savings, I ended up with higher electricity bills due to the constant problems. When I finally managed to get through to customer service, they assured me that a technician would be sent out to address the issues. However, no one ever showed up, and follow-up calls were ignored.The level of customer service is abysmal. The representatives are rude and unprofessional, showing no concern for the inconvenience and financial strain their faulty products have caused. They consistently failed to provide solutions, leaving me in a troublesome situation with no clear path forward.In summary, Surf Clean Energy has proven to be unreliable and untrustworthy. Their lack of responsiveness and poor-quality products have caused me significant stress and financial loss. I strongly advise anyone considering solar energy to steer clear of this company. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable provider who values their customers and stands by their products.

      Just had solar panel install in January and system powered up February 2nd. Waiting to see production report. No complaints at this time! Salesman are all the same - LIARS!!! The "tax credit" just comes off any taxes you owe, THERE IS A**OLUTELY NO REBATE!!! If your "limited/budgeted income" it don't do s*** for you. The so called "engineers" **** as well. I'm a retired mechanical engineer and could have done a better job designing and installing. Too many chiefs and no indians. UPDATE IN A FEW MONTHS!!! 02/2024 UPDATE - 07/2024 5 months in and failed the town of ***** solar inspection. Trying to get a hold of someone at surfclean to assist me (failed inspection due to their mistakes) with no luck so far, neither my so called "project manager ********* or ****************************" have responded to or answered my calls, texts or emails. They just blew sunshine up my a** till I started paying then "ghosted" me. Granted they use an awesome enphase product but once it's installed, YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN. (FYI the installers they sent me were inexperienced, mannerless kids) ************ in my experience is sub-par for what they have the nerve to charge and the ** they spew to you!!! STAY AWAY at all costs, they have no problem taking advantage of a disabled individual (me) trying to save money on utilities. I'm a retired Mechanical Engineer and an Ex General Contractor that was in a motor vehicle accident and am now severely physically disabled but not dumb!!! They are all liars who exorbitantly overcharge, know it, and have no problem doing it - AGAIN - STAY AWAY!!! The production so far is kind of ok for the measly 14 panels I got but far less than the salespeople/surfclean told me and I layed out 4k to have trees removed. So far my experience has been less than pleasant. The only advice I can give is do your due diligence and find another company other than Surfclean Energy. Be cautious and read in detail before you sign anything! If it sounds too good to be true - IT IS!!!
