    If I could give zero stars I would , Came here 04/30/2025 to donate clothes which I did. As Im walking out this Big disrespectful Security guard Approaches me and says my empty bag is a shirt and that I cannot leave with it, as I tell him, its not a bag hes keeps on Insisting it is. That Im stealing This man proceeds to record me on his phone, saying that I am banned. The unprofessionalism is disguising, the behavior of this man was very unhinged I felt very unsafe. security guard is on a power trip and needs to be fired Immediately.

    This store is selling a fake burberry green with silver straps bag and I told the manager it is not real and the price should not be that high . I would buy it if I brought yhr price down. spoke to rude manager who refused to give out his name or the corporate office number , told me he would give my number . I knew he was lying he told me why not go look for another bag if it is fake and he refused to make changes and said he can not . it was a fake . no burberry in the bag or inside only said made in ***** . he was nasty

    The Unique store located in Levittown has by far the worst employees I have ever seen! I went in to browse the store and found 3 items I wanted to purchase and proceeded to the cash register. Upon scanning the tags and asking the sales girl to remove the alarm I was told the item could not be sold because the tag appeared to have been changed. WHAT???!!! I said are you kidding me I didn't do it and the item has a tag on that was fully in tact. i asked for a manger and she told me one was not present and she was a supervisor. Then as I raised my voice in frustration a manger magically appeared and made the situation escalate. I was in the store for about **************************************************** my life! To be accused of something I did not do was very embarrassing! I said look at the **** cameras and you what see I did nothing wrong ! The manger was DISGUSTING and did not help the situation at all in step was very disrespectful and rude. He repeatedly told me I can leave and don't come back! I was beyond angry that I was accused of something I did not do!!! I said look at the cameras you would see I did not touch or change a tags. Tags got moved around while trying on items but in this case the tag was intact and looked prefect. All of this for items that they got for free. The store has a tremendous **** up on items to begin with so on sale days people come in to take advantage of the deals and shop!!! People go here for a deal and they **** items up like crazy and then when an item is reasonably priced you are accused of changing a tag?! I would never shop here as I feel I was discriminated against because of the color of my skin! The manager is disrespectful and needs managerial and diversity training and then fired!!!
