    purchased courses under the billing of my father. I did not realize that the courses were going to be registered under his name. I called and spoke to probably the rudest, most unprofessional customer service person I've ever spoken to in years. I voiced- verbatim- "This makes no sense, I thought I was consenting to my fathers name being on the billing, not the course". The representative went on to yelling, screaming and talking over me about how I am insulting her. I am a *** teacher, professionalism is an integral part of being a productive member of society. I laughed and told the member that she was being very unprofessional and I would like to speak to a manager. She then responded "You don't need to speak to no ******* manager" and continued to insult **** paid over $200 for my courses and was refunded $80. They refuse to pick up their phones.I understand every company has their policies. But to get cursed out over a mistake is scary, disgusting and crazy!!Your company is distasteful, disrespectful and unprofessional. You should hire people that give your company a better outlook because this is nothing but embarrassing.Thank you,*******
