    We purchased a dryer from acme appliance in 2021. The warranty lasts until 2026. We have an issue where the dryer is spinning but not heating. We paid considerable amount of money on the speed queen. We called acme ( the dealer we purchased it from) and they sent a technician to our home. The technician Joe claimed that it was heating appropriately and stayed for about 10 minutes and said there was no issue. The heat stayed on for about 15 minutes into the cycle it quit and I was left with soggy wet clothes. I called back and was given attitude. They said they would order a thermostat and come Monday ( today) to fix it. My husband came home on his lunch break and instead of replacing thermostat as planned, Joe gave my husband attitude, said there was nothing wrong with it amd never replaced the part. He tried drying ONE piece of laundry and it did heat up and seem to dry per Joe. We have three kids, and are left with a teo year old dryer that doesn't work and our complaint isn't being taken seriously. I realize that he likely isn't seeing the problem as we are ( as we are in the household daily and cam see the issue clearly.) I am upset because we have a warranty and we felt disrespected by the dealership from which we bought it. We have no reason to be dishonest about the issue, we just want the problem resolved.
