    Monroe and More LLC, vinyl sided a three-story apartment building, vinyl wrapped a ton of windows and installed seamless gutters and downspouts in one and a half weeks. They were very communicative of the extra costs that were associated with the gutters and downspouts once it was determined that they were in very poor condition. They were very pleasant to deal with, fast, efficient! I would recommend!

    Hired Monroe and More to install a new roof. It was done very quickly and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dylan was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. The crew was very nice and polite and worked diligently! This was my first experience with Monroe and More and won’t be my last!

    We’ve been on Lake Chautauqua in Maple Springs since the '60s, witnessing generations and changes along the way. This spring, finding a construction crew with availability and good credentials was no small feat—until we connected with Monroe and More.
    We saw their construction work trailer in the neighborhood, contacted Dylan, and he came by the same day. The Better Business Bureau A+ Accreditation was helpful in making the family feel comfortable with the company. Dylan’s quote came fast, was professionally prepared and he answered our questions as we talked through what we wanted.
    We had M&M update and replace two large porch roofs, two rooflets and the surrounding details and finishings. During that repair we discovered a larger issue, dry root in the window frames where it could not be detected. Ugh. Long story short, the house was built in 1911, different construction methods were used way back then, and some new stuff had been added about 35 years ago and we literally had a rotten mess on our hands two weeks before Memorial Day.
    Dylan and his crew installed new windows, custom built new window frames, they custom matched, milled and routed the replacement no-knot pine wall boards and finished the job with a smile.
    Could not be happier!

    Monroe and More did a fantastic job on our wooden deck! We had layers of paint and stain built up over 30 years and KJ and his team removed every bit of it and re stained it beautifully. Looks brand new now ??
    Dylan had came over and gave us a very reasonable estimate and it was all completed in a very timely manner
    Thank you Dylan, KJ, Sam and the rest of the team. I would very definitely recommend Monroe and More for just about any indoor or outdoor project that you need

    It was a pleasure to work with Dylan & More. Very professional in the way business is conducted. From contract outlining job, to communication during the projects, and rapid response to questions. I live out of state and photos were sent to show progress. I will be hiring Dylan and More again!

    Had soft wash done on my roof to remove stains and mildew, Monroe and more came promptly and washed the roof. Very professional and the results were great! Highly recommend!
