      I bought a 1300 dollar top of line bed got talked into the extra for frame and box spring so warranty would be good it's now like sleeping in a canoe and because of two little stains not pea or any one is some makeup I think and one is just sitting me grease off of my paint ball gun I think it's coming out with some fabric cleaner but guy sez he won't fix it due to health department regulations and it's there policy

                  We received
      a warranty request from Mr. **********. 
      When we get these, we go through the same procedure.  We send a representative(s) from the company
      to the resident’s home.  The
      representative(s) look at the product in question, in this case it was a
      reported breakdown on the mattress.  When
      our representative(s) arrive at the home they will inspect the product in
      question, verify the support system for the mattress and lastly make sure the
      mattress has no stains.  The customer
      purchased one of our Gold Collection two-sided mattresses.  Upon review of the mattress, it was found to
      have many stains on both sides of the mattress. 
      As stated in our warranty: *********************************************************************  stains void the warranty.  Our
      representative took several pictures. 

      There isn’t a bedding manufacturer or
      retailer that would honor a warranty claim on a stained mattress.  To correct a warranty issue our employees
      have to handle all the components within the mattress.  They remove the top quilted panel and all
      underlying components.  Replacing
      anything that has broken down.  We will
      not have our employees touching and working on mattresses that are stained.

      In an attempt to resolve this, we
      would be willing to build the customer a brand-new mattress for a 50% discount
      – King Dynasty Firm Mattress retails for $1,269.  The customer would pay $600 and we would also
      include a free mattress protector.
