    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.


    I gave them the exact lights that were on and nothing was done about these other issues the skip in the engine they are saying could be from the catalytic converter just this morning I noticed the back windshield wiper is also not working and the service esc light came back on and off - also an emergency light for the braking system continuously comes on an off pointing to either a computer issue or an actual issue with these systems. I am trying to remain calm in this situation but was lied to by the sales department already- I also purchased a vin vehicle report on this car and there have been MULTIPLE safety recalls none of which the dealership made me aware of when purchasing the vehicle and are they fixed?? But don’t tell me nothing is wrong with it when these lights continue to come on!!! I have pictures to document but this is saying they cannot be uploaded because they are “too large”

    cle is a 11 there is so many issues wrong with it Almost 2 pages worth. I will also provide the text messages once I print them all out, proving that they also lied to me about the price of the vehicle

    Right around the time that Ms. ***** was having issues, our area got hit with a big winter storm. We let her know when the weather allowed, that we would tow her vehicle to our facility. She wasn't very happy but due to road conditions, we did what was safest for our employees and the vehicle. Ms. ***** has an extended warranty, there would be no reason to push her appt out past the 30day mark as she claims. Her service contract is 24 months/24,000 miles. The weather had cleared up and the vehicle is currently at our facility, and we are looking into her concerns.

    Attached is the recall sheet per the vehicle vin number. No recalls are showing. Any codes that came up were history codes. When the catalytic converter comes in, we will install it and take the vehicle to the ********* dealership for multi point inspection at no cost.
