    To Whom it May Concern: On June 9, 2022 I received a proposal (estimate of $5,650) from Cole Hull to engrave and install a naturalized boulder headstone on my grave site at the Town of North Elba Cemetery by mid-August 2022 but no later than Labor Day. I sent a deposit in the amount of $3,300 (Ck. # ***** which was cashed June 14, 2022). I travelled to Lake Placid on Labor Day from Michigan to verify my headstone prior to sending the remainder of the fee and found that the headstone had not been placed. Subsequently, I was made promises two more times that the headstone would be installed, but the work still has not been completed to date and I have not heard from Cole since December. Please see attached documents and time line. I would still like to have the work completed without going to a lawyer and I am willing to put the balance of the funds in an escrow account with you if required. I am getting no response from Cole. I hope you can help resolve this issue because it has caused me much anxiety and sleepless nights. If this is not feasible, then I would like my deposit returned. What started out as something that I wanted to do for myself and family has become a nightmare for me. Thank you, Terry

    I've been in contact with him, Everything is ready to go.  I told him I go out to the cemetery as soon as the weather clears up to finish the job.
