    ******** was my bank I received a check from a class action settlement the issuer was esquire bank. I have already taken additional steps with ******** They ARE THE WORST.. ******** had cashed a check I deposited Nov 27, Nov 28 I get notification my account is in process of closing. Any funds will be mailed in a check. Never got the funds in the amount of *****. To fast forward I was guided to speak to the issuer or bank that the check was from which I's esquire bank. I have been told my situation could take.up to 90 days for ******** to respond. I have continuously called both party's to see why my funds have not been sent back to esquire bank. And. No one absolutely no one can give me any information as to where the money is at and why is it taken so long to process. Both party's I feel the trust has been,completely broken and up until now no phone call no update absolutely nothing has been made priority as to my situation.

    This issue has been resolved.  As noted in the original complaint, Esquire Bank had previously contacted ******** on behalf of Esquires client to collect the funds and was told that it could take up to 90 days.  Esquire checked the status on several occasions,and the funds were received on 3/3/25. Esquires client was notified, and Esquires client is re-issuing a check to the payee.

    The above referenced financial institutions are illegally withholding approximately $20,000 of our client law firm legal fee payment money because they "need to do an office inspection" even though we have been processing credit card (and receiving) payments for more than a month now. They have just decided to steal, divert, convert, withhold and steal our money (and this week is payroll) just because they think that they can. We have been desperately calling/emailing them to conduct this idiotic "office site inspection" at our law office address but they do not return our phone calls, emails, or other correspondence. Please investigate, assist and advise.

    I received a notice that I have a collection from ESQUIRE BANK on my credit report. It says it was opened on 04/01/2020 for ************************************* ********* that I am not aware of nor am I responsible for. I never went into business with this company or signed any agreements with them so they should not be reporting anything on my credit. This is a violation of my rights as a consumer according to the **** and FDCPA.I would like for this collection to be removed asap or I will file a CFPB and FTC report.
