    ***** conducted a thorough home inspection and did a great job communicating any existing conditions that were of concern. He took his time and offered valuable insight, which was much appreciated as a first time home buyer. The report was completed the same day. ***** was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking to inspect a home!

    Exactly Who and What you want in a Home Inspector.
    We were referred to Bruce along with a few others. We are beyond grateful we chose to hire him. He took his time, was diligent and very thorough in his inspection of the home. After each floor he asked us to join him so he could point out what he would refer to in his written report.
    His report was delivered shortly thereafter and was clear and concise. He answered all questions we had.
    Every home will have issues but with Bruce you felt like he made it clear what was an “issue” and what was up to us to decide.
    He didn’t rush through the house instead was methodical in his examination.
    We would 1000% refer Eagle Eye to anyone looking for a solid and professional home inspection.
    Bruce has been doing this for a long time and it shows!

    We have worked with ***** on several occasions and would never consider anyone else to perform a home inspection on our behalf. He is extremely thorough and detailed in evaluation and inspection of all major and minor aspects of a home and communicates his findings very clearly. The inspection report he produces serves as an excellent roadmap to what the key priorities need to be for a prospective homeowner. We cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking to purchase a home!

    Very Detailed and excellent service provided. Took his time and had all his equipment. What I really liked is the detailed report submitted at the end of the inspection. It really helped me understand the defects in the home and allowed me the ability to negotiate a lower price.
