    Ordered a hot tub with wave *** and it was awful and damaged.they they have no phone number. Very concerned about getting our money back and have seen other complaints against them *********************

    I bought this in June 2022. They make it as hard as possible to return or get new working items. The first heater didn't work. Gave an Error from the start and never heated the spa. Now this is the kicker. They make you send pictures of the item, all the while it takes 3-5 days to get a response. Won't send a label to pick up the broken heater until they approve your pictures. Then they won't send a new heater until their warehouse receives the broken item that they have pictures of that shows its broken! Once they receive it, THEN they'll send you a new heater. Took about 5 weeks to get a new heater with the back and forth and long response times. Guess what happened when I got the new one? It was NASTY. Clearly used, dirty, wasn't even wiped off, it's obvs refurbished, and when I plugged it in, you know of course it electrocutes me. It's a small electrical current going through the water. Guess what they said to me? They want pictures of my outlet.... REALLY? You really think that your broken horribly made heaters is not the problem and it's my outlet? I've had this thing for about 2+ months and have never used it. This company makes it as DIFFICULT as possible to make sure you just give up and accept their bad products and wont give you what you paid for, a new spa. They'll claim it's their busy season, ect ect ect. It's just excuses for bad customer service. Don't let them fool you.

    I purchase a hot tub from wave spas last July. In may it stopped working and I was within my 1 year warranty. They still have not replaced my unit after multiple emails back n forth for last 3 months now. Now they say Im out of warranty when I started the process well within my warranty. I shouldnt have to be out $450
