      Made one order to satisfy minimum requirements to play PCH's online games. Received one order number, but was charged twice on 2 different days. **************** was both rude and condescending and did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue at two different occassions. Even faxing bank statement did not prompt action.Requested my bank to do a full audit of PCH, because they are a scam. Avoid at all costs.

      I LOVE PCH BUT CANNOT AFFORD ANY MORE MAGAZINES AT THIS TIME, MAYBE IN THE FUTURE. THE ONE COMPLAINT I HAVE IS AFTER I DO THE 4 LUCKY NUMBER THING, I AM NOT ABLE TO MOVE ON FROM THERE NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I TRY. ANYWAY I PROBABLY WON'T WIN ANYTHING BUT I DO, LIKE I SAY ENJOY THE ***** ****!

      **** ****** (*********) Mask I got married.I have been playing this publishing clearing house games for 15/20 years and never won anything. I buy things and still never won. I pray and hope that I win. All I do is lose the little money that I have by buying things. Thank you for nothing. Game fun.????????

      Been playing PCH for 50 years. Both by mail and online. I am Red Diamond, which is the top level. Checked ********* standing, in the top 10. What have I ever won? Nothing, ***** zero. This is since 1970's. I sent in all mailers, played online daily, but nothing.

      I made a small order and low and behold, they also automatically included it the delivery of my order, a free gift set. . . . . . except, the included bill for it's shipping & handling. What a scam. I wrote a letter of protest explaining that I didn't know they were sending the "free gift set", that I had ordered it and certainly wasn't going to pay for it!!They did respond with a letter saying they were removing the shipping and handling charge. I just wonder how many people experienced the same thing, but instead of taking the time to protest this unrequested order and charge, just paid the $7.00. Makes one wonder about the Publishers Clearing House!!!!

      I won $5 in Jan & then $100 in July. Despite my numerous emails to them I have yet to receive my checks. They keep giving me a date I will receive it by & then nothing. I gave verified my address each time. It seems like it is too much trouble for them to cut a ************ it. I give up. Not sure why I keep entering their sweepstakes if nothing is ever actually given out.
