    I was referred to American Para Professional Systems by *** to use for my medical exam for health insurance. I received a call from someone at their ******************* office who indicated that they would need to send someone from **********, which is 2.5 hours away from my home, and that they could only send someone one day a month. I spoke with my agent at *** and he said that didn't sound right and asked me to call them back and ask them to send someone from somewhere closer. I called back and asked if they had anyone in ****, which is about 30 minutes from my house. They said they did not have anyone in **** that was willing to work for them. They then asked me if I knew of anyone they could hire in ****. I told them I am not in the medical profession and thought that I was a customer of theirs, not somebody that they would like to get hiring assistance from. After speaking to a manager I was finally able to get an appointment scheduled, but they had to send someone from another state, 2.5 hours away.A week before the appointment they canceled and told me they needed to reschedule. They then came back to me with a new day and time. That day and time the person contacted me right before the appointment and said they would be an hour late. I had moved to flight to be able to make the appointment but an hour late would mean I would miss my rescheduled flight. Calling them back they said that the wouldn't have another appointment until next month.It is clear this company is being dishonest with customers about both where they are able to operate, when they are able to meet, and how they schedule or cancel appointments.
