Last year I spent almost $2,500 on salad tables at a place called admiral craft equipment and then this year the door broke. On June 29, I called the customer service to ask what parts they needed to repair, and then they sent me two parts and the freight was *****, but these two parts were not what I needed, and the parts I needed had been sold out for a long time. A few days later, they sent me another identical part by themselves, and on July 15th, my credit card automatically deducted the cost of the shipping and parts, which was *****. Then I called them and told them that I would return all the three parts to them, and they said they would refund the money after receiving them. On July 17, the **** tracking show package already delivered.but the refund was not received in the following days. I have been trying to contact the person in charge of refund in their company, but no one has replied to me. On July 26, I received a refund of ***** from this merchant. They charged me ****** twice in total, why did they only refund *****? Besides, I couldn't contact the merchant to communicate about the refund from beginning to end. I have only used this salad table for more than a year, but the door is broken. The quality is very poor and there is no after-sale service. I hope you can help me,Thank you

The reason is that I returned the things to the merchant, but the merchant refused to accept the parcel, so the parcel is still in the post office. Today, I called the post office to send it again. The post office staff told me that it would not send it again because the merchant refused to accept it, and the merchant also said that it would not take it, so obviously they are not willing to refund. Three parts cost ******, and they had to pay $7.85 postage to return it, and then they refused to accept a refund.

In 2019, we purchased the Patriot Full-Size Single **************** Convection Oven, #**********.We recently began to have temperature control problems with the oven. A service technician from CPS in ********, ****, inspected the unit and determined the problem was due to a heat stress crack in the back cavity wall. The technician spoke to ***** at Patriot (parent company Admiral Craft) who informed him that the oven is not repairable and will need to be replaced. The unit is no longer under warranty. We paid $2,300 for the oven just three years ago. I contacted the company to request a replacement since the unit was obviously defective - an oven should not suffer a heat stress crack. They said since it is no longer under warranty that there was nothing they could do. They suggested we have it welded. We had a local welder look at it, and he said he could not guarantee a weld would hold and would not recommend spending the money to weld it. ******************* is a non-profit senior housing facility serving three meals a day to 45 seniors. The oven is vital to our operation and it is not in our budget to pay for a replacement. We are struggling as it is due to inflationary costs on food and other supplies.
