    These hair extensions were about $600and were not blended well at all as advertised they would be. I then had horrible pain because of the improper technique used. The owner has been no help and I’d like a refund.

     ****** called the salon on 12/16/22, i (Lauren) was out due to a snowstorm that hit the area and was unable to get off my hill to come in, Chrissy the owner talked to her on the phone. She stated that she wanted to speak to a manager or owner to talk to her about her experience on 12/3/2022. ****** stated on the phone her main concern was her extensions not being blended with her hair, but had also stated she agreed that she did not want Rachel (her stylist) that day to cut her extensions. Chrissy had let her know that's why they are not blended the way she wanted them because they needed to be cut and offered to have her come in to have them blended-cut but ****** then stated she had a friend take her extensions out already. ****** stated to Chrissy that she would keep her hair and get them re-installed at another date now that she knows what needs to be done. The conversation ended on a good note and no contact has been made since 12/16/22 about any other complaints, issues or concerns or to make another appt as she stated.  - I also want to let you know, ****** now gets her hair done by a stylist I had to let go last month from our salon and believe this is where this is stemming from, unfortunately. . Thank you for taking the time to read this email about this situation. First one is a screenshot of our booking system- She came and got them done on 12/3/22. (image _20230119_0001) Second one is a ******** message on our business suite app- of her contacting us 13 days after getting them installed. This will show you she messaged us on 12/15/22- the dates were not shown in the other screenshots of us trying to reach out to her. but this shows proof so i needed to send it (dates of contact) Third screenshot - is us trying to respond to her as we were unable too- we tried 2 times.- as you can see it would not let us. One more thing- She never asked for a refund on the phone with the owner- as she had stated she wanted for this complaint she put in with the B.B.B. After hearing about ****** going to another stylist I had let go last month, we definitely know this is why the complaint was made.  Especially when this was handled on 12/16/22 from the install appointment that happened 12 days before contacting us.  This situation has been dealt with well over a month ago.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 

    Having the extensions blended was never offered. I was also told there was “nothing we can do” because I did not come in to have them looked at. This also has nothing to do with the stylist that was let go. That is an assumption and not factual. The fact is that I had a subpar service and paid too much for it and was then told “there was nothing they could do”. I could tell very early in the conversation that the owner was not going to help at all. So although the conversation ended on a good note (because I’m not a rude person), the issue is not resolved
