    I made an order with Window World for a broken upper sash for my window and that was on November 3rd 2022 and the window never came in. I have called several times and reached out to them and they said they were waiting for the manufacturer to send them the window, but the only way they can contact the manufacturer is through online and they can not call them and there is nothing they can do about the manufacture sending the upper window sash I ordered. They have told me they they would contact me when they heard anything, but I am always contacting them about this matter. They keep putting the order in again, but still they will not contact me and won’t even let me contact the manufacturer. This has been several months and it seems Window World has no ability to fill my order. I am not understanding why this is such a big problem and how anyone can work with a manufacturer and not be able to call them or know what the window will come. They give me no information what’s so ever. This is a Glass breakage warranty, which states the the company will provide the owner with a replacement insulated glass until the event of a accidental breakage. Labor Warranty that all necessary to correct any item covered by warranty will be provided at no extra charge by the company. I ordered windows before and got a warranty and i uploaded it for you to see. Thank you

    The customer has been informed that the replacement sash ordered with the manufacturer was due in by now. The actual date was February 3. Unfortunately there is a delay in the delivery due to the *** trucking company being forced to cancel the delivery due to truck breaking down. We have contacted the carrier to reschedule and are awaiting the rescheduling of the delivery. We have no control over the manufacturer or the ltl carrier that has been chosen for delivery. We assured the customer that we would notify him as soon as the sash is received.
