The hearing aids should have cost me $1500. They are charging me $4500 for the ongoing upkeep and maintenance. I lost the hearing aids,
Miracle ear wanted to charge me another $1500 to replace them. I declined and miracle ear will not cancel that debt of $4500. They will not return calls, they are not even responding to the bank who is trying to get them to negotiate. They will not even release my audiology which is legally my property. As other reviews have said they give uou the run around saying they'll call back and never do

I scheduled an appointment at Miracle Ear in Monroe, NC on 10/8/24 who was ******** certified. I commuted(35 miles) to that location believing I could obtain new hearing aids(ME-3 solution) using ********* Insurance and Miracle Ear coupon($2400 trade in value on my current hearing aids)for a huge savings. The hearing aid cost using ******** Insurance was $2990, and if Miracle would have accepted coupon($2400) . I would only have to pay $590 out of my pocket expense. That is what I expected to pay.
The hearing Specialist, Courtney informed me I could only use one discount. I was shocked and angry. I stormed out. That was false advertising by Mracle Ear which is outrageous and unprofessional. Miracle Ear sends savings coupons by US mail to customers, yet Miracle Ear refuses to accept their own coupons. How low and dispicible can they be. All they see is greed. Miracle Ear should be shutdown. US attorney general should investigate their deplorable policies..

For some reason, these bozos keep sending solicitations to my father (who died in 2016) at my address (he had never lived at my address).
Sloppy marketing - if I ever need a hearing aid, I won't even consider a sloppy company like this.

Got the coupon for free test. Failed, pressured into buying some and had 30 days to return. Hated them, asked for money back. Pressured into trying a fitted pair. My ears felt totally plugged and could barely hear. Said she would send them back to put an addition hole to reduce that feeling. Told her I wanted my money back and the 30 days were almost over. I was told the 30 days started over when I got the new pair. My husband was with me. When I got them, I still hated them and felt plugged up. Asked for money back and was told my 30 days were over and I could not get it back. I argued with her about what she said and she denied everything. Also my insur. co wanted addl. info. She gave me more paperwork. They came back and wanted the actual prescription. She asked if she could send it on my behalf. Never heard anything back. Called several times, finally said I had to talk to a certain person. Asked who and she said she would get it to me. Never did. So now I am out my 6K and I have a pair of useless hearing aids sitting on my bureau. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Five adjustments left one ear with a blister And the other Ear continually picked up other Wi-Fi conversations and failed to just work. Total. deceptive pricing 24 months charged out to 60 months no disclosure of real cost Deception throughout pricing lies from sales representative and billing financially do not step this direction. They are misrepresenting everything no signatures ever or dates were on a single document except for my signature. Thankfully, I took pictures of when the earphones were turned in. Have never met sales people that were such extreme liars and not disclosing real cost.

Lies and Unethical sales techniques abound!
I visited the store in Greer, South Carolina to purchase hearing aids and was given quite a bit of misinformation about both miracle ear and the hearing aids they sell, as well as other manufacturers. Here is just one example:
I was told by the sales rep that they did not sell hearing aids under $4000 and some were over $6000. When I asked why they were so expensive compared to my last hearing aids I was told that it is because "they are manufactured in Switzerland". I came to find out that no hearing aids sold by miracle ear are made in Switzerland.

I went after I got a advertisement in the mail. All I wanted was a hearing test. I was pressured into getting 6,000 dollar set of hearing aids that I told the technician I did not want.
she would not listen to me so I tried wearing them and couldn't even get them in my ears. somehow she said you had to screw them in with your finger. It was a big mess. I took them back and said I did not want the hearing aids. I had other pressing medical problems AFIB which was worse with the hearing aid frustration. She refused to take them back. I will take them again tomorrow and tell her again I do not want the product or any they have to offer. I will also call the finance company and cancel the purchase.
This is a horrible place that refused to listen to the client. Never fall for their advertisements. They are untrue.

They suck!!!!!!!!!! They sell high priced hearing aids and then when you need help or have a piece break, they will not help you or fix it. You spend $4000 with them then get tossed after you have paid. The customer service sucks. Do not use them, do not loose your money on their aids. It is not worth it. Go to a reliable hearing place and get a good product for a reasonable price with customer care in mind!!!! Again do not use Miracle Ear. Awful business, horrible
