In August 2024 I received an estimatenfrom this business to have work done on my home. I had asked to have the work done before the winter. After receiving the estimate i received notice that a deposit of $2000.00 was necessary to book the job and I immediately paid the $2000.00. In the end of December 2024 I had still heard nothing regarding the work to be completed on my house. I emailed the owner with no response so I called him. I asked if the work would be done during the winter and he said that was possible and he had a few jobs to finish up but my work was booked. Winter came and went and I heard nothing. Three weeks ago I sent him a message requesting my $2000.00 be refunded. He said he would put a check in the mail. I have not received my refund. I sent him another email to ask the status of the refund check and received no reply from him. I would like the refund promptly as no work has been done and no timelines have been met and I just keep getting the run around from the owner.

The refund has been issued. There was no "run-around" intended. Unfortunately work was delayed by weather and previously scheduled work that caused delays.
