    My wife bought a car from here last year and I been trying to get it serviced for electrical problems it has my Chevy app is also not hooked up to the car as they said they would help us would not recommend the service here. They put out car down as a certified pre owned but cannot fulfill anything for this car

    I have looked through our records and I cannot find a customer with that last name. Could the customer provide us with more context? (Name, vehicle, date of purchase, date of incident, anything) We would like to get the situation handled properly, but we will need more information than what was provided.

    Bought a truck from them in 2023 and the transmission went about a month after we got it , now we r are having problems with it again and they say 1200 to do maintenance work , but not guaranteed to fix the problem! Now they are saying they think it’s the engine this time ! I mean we just feel we got ripped off ! We feel it’s a lot of money to just guess at the problem!

    Customer bought the vehicle in May of 2023. In July of 2023 the transmission failed and was replaced by the manufacturer warranty free of charge. Since then the customer has put 30,000 miles on the vehicle so the normal "wear and tear" items (maintenance) are to be expected. We appreciate this customers continued business and will do whatever we can to assist in fixing their vehicle at a reasonable rate.

    Service department here takes entirely too long. I have been here for an 8 am appointment. I was forced to cancel a 10:30 appointment. I am still here at 11:15. I came in to have a one inch piece of plastic glued to my roof. Apparently I’m sitting waiting so long for appoxy to dry. Unacceptable. Previous service was faster but only by one hour. Had an inspection and the plastic piece on roof replaced.(wasn’t done properly) that’s why I’m here now. That appointment was also an 8 am appointment. I was here until 10:15am for that.
