      This third party gas procurement business scammed an 87 year old lady with dementia. I HATE these people. They changed their contract rate from .87/therm to $2.97 per therm without notice. and now are going to charge my mother for another billing cycle after I cancelled the service. Their attitude and customer service is in the toilet.
