      March 1st, paid $160.00 for mom and dads flowers went today March 5th and still no flowers. Went to the office and was told it would take up to 2 weeks to place said flowers. Talked to Thomas C****** at ###-###-#### and said the same thing. So this is 14 days without said flowers for mom and dad that I paid for. This isn't the first time this has happened. Bad business practice. Would like you to look into this for me.

      This cemetery is not conducting business in a legal manner in the state of New York. They collect money for your lot purchase and for your headstones but then when your loved ones pass away, they do not receive their head stone for months and months and months and they overcharge you even after you’ve made all of your payments, they claim that you still owe money, even when you have records, reflecting that you’ve already paid and satisfied those charges. I do not recommend this place to anyone who wishes to bury their loved ones in a peaceful manner, because your family is going to suffer greatly due to the way that they conduct business there. My father passed away March 5. He was buried there, March 10 and his head stone is still not there even though everything has been paid. My aunt just passed away in August and she already has her stone in place and everything I feel that we were discriminated against.
