    ******** was contracted by my insurer to obtain my medical records for the underwriting process. They called my doctor over 20 times and left voicemails, never attempting the live receptionist. She has confirmation my records were sent successfully via fax but ******** claims they never received them. When my doctor returned the calls to find out let them know the records were sent and make sure someone was on the other end before trying to send them again, she always found she had been given invalid extension numbers or ended up in voicemail boxes that were full. After a month and a half of my doctor trying to reach them we worked directly with my insurance agent to get the documents over. When I got through to ******** directly, ********************* (whose line first went directly to a full voicemail box) seemed completely unconcerned and would not look into the matter. When I asked if they were doing anything to ensure this wasn't happening to anyone else she didn't respond. ******** seems to operate in a careless and unprofessional manner with all parties they deal with. They are totally unconcerned with HIPPA regulations. Hopefully they will one day be investigated for the potential fraud and harassment occurring there. I will be monitoring my credit report and following up with an attorney if necessary.

    **** insurance agent here, their customer service is awful, I have called hundreds of times and gotten someone on the phone literally once. I call a doctor to see if they sent over records to them, doctor says yes they were and yet we wait on our end for days and no answer. No way to contact and no resolution. I have now been waiting 2 months for an APS that the doctor sent over 3 weeks ago.

    I work as a medical records clerk at a doctor's ******* The amount of phone calls I get in a day from these people as soon as they send over a request is ridiculous. There's a phone call to check to see if you got the request, a phone call to check status if you do not have the request completed within a 24 hr period. Then there is the phone call about checking your demographics to make sure that it is sent to the right location. I have a request pending (that I still don't have the actual request for), that I have received at least 15 phone calls about (4 today). I would do a chart audit all day long over having to deal with these people.

    If I could give zero stars I would. It is ridiculous when it gets to the point of feeling like it is harassment and the only thing that you can resort to is threatening to file charges. I work in a family private practice, with a staff of 6 (minus the providers) and I always get to my medical records requests as soon as I can, which hardly ever takes me over a week depending on the amount of sick visits we have. After receiving a request from them, they call 5-6 times a day asking the same questions, telling me that if I send them the records immediately then they will stop calling, which is basically a threat. We have talked to several supervisors and it never gets anywhere, we beg them to please only communicate through fax because of how small our staff is and we do not have time to answer the same 6 or 7 questions about the same request. We tell the repeatedly to stop calling and I will get to them when I can. The supervisors promise that we will not be harassed anymore, but nothing ever changes and we get a multitude of calls every single day. The staff is rude, pushy, and never listen to a thing we say or ask of them. It is getting to the point that we do not even pick up for them, we pick up and hang up every time, and they call and call again over and over again. They then begin calling our nurses line which is unacceptable being that the nurses are extremely busy dealing with sick patients. We have even had several employees laugh at us and lie when we ask for them to have their supervisors reach out, and they say they do not have one or they are on vacation, which has been confirmed as a lie by the supervisors we eventually get in touch with. I have 30 days to process records, and none of their requests are ever urgent like they insist. I do not prioritize requests for life insurance over the wellbeing of our patients every single day in office. All this business ever does is harass, not matter how many times we get them to stop calling. It is ridiculous.

    These people are incompetent. ******* uses them to facilitate retrieval of medical records. We've been trying to get things straightened out with them since open enrollment of November 2022. It's now March 2023. Every time they tell ** we are "done" and "no more medical records are required" they come back wanting or needing something new or something different from what they asked for. On several occasions, we were asked to provide the same information and would have to refer them to prior emails where the information was already provided. Complete and total incompetence.

    I would love the opportunity to give 0 Stars! As a medical practitioner, I have been nothing but HARASSED by this company!. I told them repeatedly on multiple occasions that I had no further records on the client from the last time they requested them. They went so far as to obtain my HOME address and PERSONAL cell phone number! I am planning legal action.

    I am a health care provider who is completely solo- no administrative support. ******** is contracted by life insurance companies to get medical records. I got a call from ******** claiming that they needed "important clinical records today" for "an emergency situation" and when I called back the employee yelled at me, saying I never responded to their record requests. I never received any record requests from them and when I had them double check my contact info they had most of it incorrect. They also were using a release of information form from my previous employer, which I told them I couldn't honor as I didn't see the person through that employer. The staff I talked to was very rude and lied about the reason for needing the records and also lied about sending me requests. They also called the insurance agent and told them I wasn't being cooperative, which is not the truth. I've had this happen multiple times with this company. Unfortunately until they lose their contracts with life insurance companies, they have no incentive to change their behavior.
