      ***** this company at all cost. I paid $863 to have a trestle table picked up and brought to me. They took the top off and busted the glued and doweled base apart and delivered in pieces. The damage caused by plycon employee.Table was insured and when filed a claim with claims manager ****** ***** i have been given the run around for three months and now they will not respond by email or phone.******* *****

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid over 1300 in November for a 140 pound item to be shipped from ******* to mesa *******. Item has gone past my house and sat in ********** for several weeks. I've called every number in their website and never get the same answer. Was promised it would be here on January 21st buy a guy in the ********** area and expect a call on 20th for time. No calls. I call all plycon again and only get machines. Their tracking is beyond horrible and I work for the postal service and know crummy tracking. I am blown away how slow and terrible the company is. They could've called and I would've drove the 5-6 hours in to ********** to get myself. They have had my item in their possession for over a month now and my money for over 2 months. I wouldn't be as upset with them had I gotten legitimate updates or automated texts. But according to their tracking it has gone past my home 2 times now and still have no definitive date of delivery. Went from delivery in about 15 days to this. Very poor company communication.

      We were referred to Plycon through FreightCenter. We paid for "white glove service" and they broke my solid red oak table. Complete negligence on the employees part. They didn't unscrew the table to she shipped and packed it in their truck with heavy boxes resting on top of the legs on the table. Surprise, Surprise! The table's leg were broken in 2 different spots. On top of it breaking the table, The driver that did the delivery was alone and asked to move the 350LB table on his own. Keep in mind we paid for "white glove service" because we were having it delivered a family member that has a bad back and can't lift anything. Yet the driver was told someone would be at the delivery site to help him move the table! The driver said this happens all the time. Then we submit a claim to through Plycon and they only offered us $150 to fix it. Terrible service, complete negligence, and terrible treatment of employees. Do not use Plycon Van Lines!

      We regret your experience didnt meet expectations. ****************************** was declined at booking, so compensation was processed at $0.60 per pound as outlined in our Tariff and Bill of ********* assist further, we offered to repair the table at no cost, which was not accepted. A $150 settlement check is available through Freight Center.We understand your concerns and are happy to discuss further if needed. Thank you for your understanding.

      Plycon moved my custom hand-made furniture from ** to ** and delivered seamlessly, removing all debris. Throughout the process, their team was communicative about status and provided inspection photos per my request. The two delivery drivers were also very helpful, willing to wait a minute, and delivered swiftly. Will absolutely use them again for my services.

      We use Plycon to ship our company's furniture across the country and they're the only moving company we trust to deliver, assemble, and communicate directly with our clients. The pricing is fair for points throughout the country and the items are blanket wrapped from our loading dock all the way to the client's home. These guys are a full service moving company and not a freight forwarding company, which is a big difference in today's world.

      Excellent service from this company! I have been using them for at least a decade with excellent results. Ship my things to ******* and **. Always on time unless weather prevents it.************************* is an amazing coordinator. My boxes are always pristine and the people who pick them up and drop them off are polite, professional and helpful! I highly recommend them. 5 stars

      Our family moved from Eastern Long Island to ******** this month. We packed most of our stuff and Plycon wrapped all the furniture. On the day of pick up, the men arrived on time and ****************** and ***** were exceptionally considerate of our belongings. Delivery went without a hitch! I would definitely recommend the Plycon Group to others. In fact, my adult son also used Plycon and when it turned out that the building's elevator had an issue, the Plycon team waited almost 2 hrs before being able to take his household to his new apartment. The delivery team were every bit as courteous and the ******** guys. 5 Stars Plycon!
