    On December 27, 2023 I sent multiple legal documents overnight via the UPS Store located in **************** in ********, **** On December 29, 2023 I discovered they had not been delivered. Despite repeated communications with the store manager, and having received assurances that the package would be delivered, to date (1 week later) it has not. The store was made aware of the serious nature of this matter, the type of documents sent and has not resolved same. At this time they are not returning phone calls. Further, on December 29, 2023 I went directly to the store to discuss this matter. I expressly advised the store representative that I did not wish to file a claim as it would involve a waiver of legal rights. Despite my explicit instructions the store filed a claim either using my identity or representing to a third party that they had a right to do so, which they did not. As expected I received a notice of the claim with a waiver of legal rights, which I obviously was not afforded the right to review. My sole goal is to have the package located and either returned to me or delivered. This is not about a fee for overnight delivery being refunded. It is about the return of legal documents.

    I paid $86.41 for an overnight delivery. Without asking me, *** changed this to a Saturday delivery, which was much less expensive than the option I paid for and had a later delivery guarantee date, which is why I chose what I chose and paid for what I paid for. I have emailed and called both *** corporate and the UPS store listed in this complaint to receive a full refund, as they changed my delivery date request, without my permission, and still charged me the full amount, without ever asking me about the change. I have made these calls and sent these emails probably a dozen times in 2 months with no resolution- *** corporate told me it was on the local store to resolve the issue, the local store told me it was on *** corporate's customer service team to resolve the issue, *** corporate told me they had sent me a check to the local *** store, the local *** store said they never received a check and corporate sent it to the wrong address, then told me they'd contact *** corporate about issuing a new check. That last response was almost a month ago, with several emails and phone calls made sense being not replied to. It's been over 2 months with no refund.
