      I have not received the items and I placed my order March 8, 2025. I was told to just wait for a variety of reasons by email. I would like a refund as my puppy has grown too big for the one item and I have waited too long now. Almost 3 months ago.

      Order # ****** Purchased 3/15/2025 Received 3/25/2025 Sizing on collars was incorrect (by approximately 3")Emailed to request exchange on 3/27/2025 and received no response Sent message through website on 4/4/2025 and they responded through email advising they'd be happy to help with an exchange. Returned email on 4/4/2025 confirming the email, which was requested by them. No response.Received a request for a review of the collars I was trying to exchange on 4/8/2025. I replied to that email stating my frustrations with the lack of communication for the exchange needed. Received a response on 4/8/2025 asking for the same information previously given, which I provided. 4/9/2025 I received another email requiring me to send a picture of the collars, which I've never heard of, but complied as I want to make this exchange. Emails sent again the morning of 4/10. No response received. 4/11/2025 I sent a message through their website requesting a response. Received an email asking me to confirm, again, what I was asking for. This is what I'm asking for:I have tried returning the Raddish Ombre Collar as it does not match the size stated. I am requesting a Raddish Ombre Collar in a true XL for a 100 lb dog. I have tried returning the Navy Collar. I am requesting the Indigo Ombre Collar that fits a 19" neck. The sizing is so off by this company that I'm unsure what size this would be. I will not pay a cost for return, which is calculated USD 8.5 plus 15% restocking fee 4/10/2025, as this is their mistake and I've made numerous attempts to correct this.

      I purchased a product from Found My Animal on 2/20/25. The product was supposed to be delivered by 2/26/25. It is now 4/4/25 and the product has not been delivered and the company has not provided any update. I would like a refund immediately.

      I placed my first order from their site on 12/***** order arrived on 1/13 and it was missing the sweater for my dog. The line item had an x next to it, but that was it. No one reached out to advise it was out of stock or provide a refund or replacement options. I immediately reached out.I have now contacted them on ******** messages, on their live site chat, and multiple, multiple emails. I have sent photos of the invoice , I have described in detail how the other items were packed. No one there is helping me. I have reached out about a dozen times now.

      I came across this business in recent months and was really interested in the items. I placed an order on 05/17/2024. Since then, *** only received part of the order. *** attempted to reach out countless times to the business in regards to the missing items. I was told on 06/20/2024 that their customer service representative was sick and they were going to respond in a moment. I tried giving it even more time, to which they still have not followed up or answered, even when I messaged multiple times after that. I currently am out of the money I paid for three items that still have not been sent or refunded.

      I placed my order on May 29, 2024, 20 days later. The status of my order still read order placed on shop app and I had not received an email with any shipping information. I sent emails through Shop three times with no response. I found the email for the company online and emailed them about my missing order. The response I got claimed that their sewer was sick and it would take longer than expected. I emailed back no problem. Over the next 15 days I sent several more emails both via their websites and the customer service email I had. I received no response to any of these emails or update on my order. I really wanted to like this company, I was given one of their leashes and love it. I dont understand why its so hard when what I ordered was dog pajamas. I have not received an email back from them Or my order. This is absolutely terrible. **************** and people should not shop here.

      Placed an order on 10/13/23. Received order 10/23/23. 12/18/23 received third email and invoice stating **** was outstanding. I placed an inquiry thru their website and response I got was that their records show paypal declined payment. My accounts show a paypal transaction on 10/13/23 and my bank statement shows a debit of $106.25 paid to found my animal on 10/16/23. When I attempted to reply to the email I received from them, it bounced back as mailer daemon. I also got an email stating I now have an account to oracle netsuite and to log in and remit payment.
