    On 5/9/24 I purchased a hot tub from SwimKing. It was delivered on 6/25. It leaked immediately. I service representative came on 6/26 and stated that the tub was missing a drain plug and added on. On 8/31, we noticed that the tub was leaking again. We phoned that day and were told that no one was available due to the long weekend (reasonable), and that we would get a call on 9/3. We did not get a return call, so I phoned and spoke with ****. I was told that the person who schedules maintenance was on vacation and would come back on 9/4. I phoned on 9/4, and was told that he spoke to the guy and did not get an answer. I asked how long it generally takes to get a service appointment, and was told a long time. So, five days after the initial call, and three calls later, I do not have commitment on someone can come and repair a hot tub that was purchased less than three months ago and is leaking for a second time, will be repaired.

    My empty hot tub is still just sitting there.  I will consider this closed when the hot tub has been replaced and I am not charged a second time for delivery and removal of a defective product.
