    If I could leave no stars, I would. The watchbands are plastic garbage. They do not refund the shipping charges for sending the order to you. I knew I had to pay the return postage because their return policy states that and in the email I finally got , after many emails and excuses and wanting a photo (as a delay tactic) of what they sent me even though they knew what it was, said I pay return shipping. They never said they don’t refund all that I paid to them and the return policy does not say it either. Then they kept more than the shipping fee saying there are taxes on shipping. No, there are not any taxes on the **** shipping. They are a scam and their products are not worth one penny. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

    1. Not a watch band, it's a bracelet.
    2. It shipped from USA but they want me to send it to China for a return.
    3. $40 watch band, not spending $75 to return it.
    4. They offered to send me another one for $25!
    5. Band is over 5 feet long, how the heck is it supposed to support a watch?

    I ordered a watch band and three bracelets. They were very poor quality, cheaply made, and the watch band did not line up with my ***** series 7 that it should have fit. When I contacted them to make a return they offered me a 25% return per their guidelines.

    Bracelet shipped first and very cheap looking. Checked on the necklace shipment and found it was stuck in China. The jewelry is supposed to be hand made but it is actually made in China and it shows. $70 down the drain.

    Ordered a bracelet and necklace from Cape Diablo LLC - Trocki Bros LLC in June 2022, In early July 2022 I emailed them and on July 21, 2022 I received the necklace. Thinking the bracelet was coming. I waited until September 5, 2022 and they directed me to file a claim with USPS and they told me it had to be filed in 30 days of the claim so I,m out $41.50. I get mail for neighbors once a week so if they did mail it, I did not get in my mail.

    Received a bracelet I ordered to give as a gift. When I received the jewelry it was rusted with the gold flaking off and the item smelled like strong mold and mildew. I immediately reached out to the company to ask for help and to return and was ignored and delayed multiple times. Then was told I didn’t qualify for a return based off their policy which was contradictory to the actual policy. After sending their policy to them and pointing out their contradictions, I was told to put shipping and send it back to them with know help of a return address or label. Blown away by the terrible customer service.

    You will NEVER get your money back if you aren't happy with their products. I purchased three items. One came quickly the other two dribbled in. I tried to return items because they are not as described. From July 1 until September 21, we went round and round. I tried to get *** *** to help me but because I received the merchandize, I was out of luck. I now have a store credit but who knows if I will ever receive anything I order. I rarely write complaints, but I am telling you, avoid this company at all costs.

    SCAM!!! Stay far away. They take your money, try to talk you out of returning their products by sending terrible videos and even when you tell them the third time you want to return the products because they don’t fit, they will not reimburse you. DO NOT order from this company.

    SCAM- do not order!!!
    I ordered a bracelet July 10 and still do not have the package after a month. The email with my order verification states to email, sales. I did and the email was returned stating invalid email address...? I tracked the package and it states it went from Shanghai to China to...wait for it...no where...I emailed another email address I found at their website and have not heard back from anyone...money lost and shame on me to not research the company before I purchased the item...DO NOT BUY! A REAL SCAM! I will never get my product and they keep my money.....this should be illegal.
